1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Buildprint ("the Service"), operated by Not Quite Unicorns Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14847764).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Buildprint is a developer tool that connects AI assistants — including Claude Code, Cursor, and ChatGPT — to your Bubble.io applications via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The Service enables you to query your Bubble app's database, workflows, and application logic using AI assistance.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You may register using an email and password or via third-party authentication providers such as Google.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

You may also connect third-party AI provider accounts (such as Anthropic or OpenAI) to use the Service. You are responsible for complying with the terms of those providers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our prior written consent

5. AI and Bubble App Modifications

This is an important section — please read it carefully.

Buildprint connects AI assistants to your Bubble.io application. These AI assistants can analyse your app's structure, data, and logic, and may suggest or help you make modifications to your Bubble app — including changes to database structure, workflows, page elements, and application logic.

You assume all responsibility and risk for any modifications made to your Bubble application through or in connection with the Service. We strongly recommend:

• Maintaining regular backups of your Bubble application
• Using Bubble's built-in version control and save points
• Testing AI-suggested changes in a development environment before applying them to production
• Reviewing all AI suggestions carefully before implementation

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific use case. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content or suggestions.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Not Quite Unicorns Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service beyond the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

You retain all rights to your own data, including your Bubble application data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to access and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with and relies on third-party services including, but not limited to, Bubble.io, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and various infrastructure providers. Your use of these services through Buildprint is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party services.

8. Fees and Payment

The Service is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans, features, or subscriptions in the future.

If we introduce fees:

• We will provide reasonable advance notice of any pricing changes
• Paid subscriptions will renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You are responsible for paying all applicable fees and taxes
• Refunds, if any, will be provided in accordance with our refund policy at that time

Continued use of the Service after the introduction of fees constitutes acceptance of those charges.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Not Quite Unicorns Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — including but not limited to damages resulting from AI-generated suggestions or modifications to your Bubble application.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms or conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or other users.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
